Why homeowners choose Anewgen

Nail-down installation

Solid hardwood over a wood subfloor is nailed or stapled in place. It is the traditional method for solid boards and is ideal for most ground-level and upper-floor rooms with a solid, dry subfloor.

Glue-down installation

Engineered hardwood can be adhered directly to a prepared subfloor. Glue-down is quiet and stable, and it suits concrete slabs with a proper moisture barrier.

Subfloor preparation

We check levelness, moisture, and squeaks before any board goes down. Low spots are leveled and damaged areas are repaired so the finished floor stays flat and quiet.
